About the position:

You will work with our clients from various sectors. You will be able to listen, rephrase, and collaborate with them while promoting the "Framework CPQ" vision. You will embody the collaborative and caring culture of Ben Consulting Services, which is open and rigorous for our clients.

You will also collaborate with our technical, architectural, and application experts.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and supporting change among our clients
  • Understanding internal project issues and translating them into CPQ processes
  • Qualify and challenge requests for changes from business teams
  • Participate in change by being proactive
  • Monitor and validate developments carried out by external and internal partners
  • Write the project functional documentation
  • Implement the basic functions of the tools
  • Communicate about achievements
  • Lead training sessions on the tools developed

The ideal profile:

With a five-year degree in computer science or business, you have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to lead workshops or meetings and adapt your vocabulary to suit technical and business audiences.

You are creative, organized, and skilled at promoting and implementing best practices. In addition, you are fluent in French and have a professional level of English.

If, in addition to these prerequisites:

  • You have a strong culture of project-based work and possibly agility (Scrum, SAFe).
  • You have strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • You demonstrate an analytical mindset when faced with business challenges.
  • You have knowledge of a CPQ tool and/or are motivated to develop your skills (helping you do so is a commitment of ours)
