About the position:
As part of the Ben Consulting Services team, you will participate in the implementation of CPQ solutions.
You will receive in-house training on our methodology and support as you develop your skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze the functional specifications of the solution,
- Design and model the CPQ solution,
- Configure the CPQ in accordance with the specifications.
- Participate in various Agile ceremonies,
- Test and validate the configuration with unit tests (UT) and end-to-end tests (EET).
- Encourage customer participation in the design and modeling activities of configurators.
- Implement integrations with related systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) and develop APIs for data exchange.
- Ensure that the solution produces the expected results.
- Resolve and provide solutions to incidents and problems with the CPQ solution used.
- Work collaboratively with the project team and the client to resolve incidents and handle reported change requests.
- Provide technical advice to the client's internal development team.
The ideal profile
You have a degree in a technical or IT field and at least two years of successful technical experience on a CPQ project .
You are curious and interested in CPQ software packages. You have good knowledge of office tools and Excel, and you are familiar with databases and their modeling (SQL and entity-association models).
You have a good knowledge of modeling methods (BPMN, UML, ERD) as well as a good knowledge of Agile project management methodologiesmethodologies.
Your writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills are well established, and you express yourself well in English.
Knowledge of one of the the following CPQ solutions : PROS Smart CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Conga, Epicor CPQ & Visiativ CPQ and a interpreted language (JavaScript, Python, VB Script, TypeScript, etc.) will be a great advantage for your application.
If, in addition to these prerequisites, you have Agile Scrum Master training and the ability to solve problems with debugging skills, you are the ideal for this position.
