About the position:
As part of the Ben Consulting Services team, you will be involved in implementing CPQ solutions.
You'll receive in-house training in our methodology and support as you develop your skills.
Your missions will be to:
- Analyze the solution's functional specifications,
- Design and model the CPQ solution,
- Set up CPQ parameters in compliance with specifications,
- Participate in various Agile ceremonies,
- Test and validate parameterization with unit tests (UT) and end-to-end tests (BeB),
- Encourage customer participation in configurator design and modeling activities,
- Set up integrations with related systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) and develop APIs for data exchange.
- Ensure that the solution delivers the expected results,
- Resolve and provide a solution to incidents and problems with the CPQ solution used,
- Work in collaboration with the project team and the customer to resolve incidents and handle reported requests for evolution,
- Provide technical advice to the customer's internal development team.
The ideal profile
You have a degree in a technical or IT field and at least 2 years' successful initial technical experience on a CPQ project .
You are curious and interested in CPQ software packages. You have a good knowledge of office automation tools and Exceland are familiar with databases and their modeling (SQL and entity-association models).
You have a good knowledge of of modeling methods (BPMN, UML, ERD) as well as a good knowledge of Agile Agile project management methodologies.
Your writing, interpersonal and organizational skills and organizational skills are fluent in English.
Knowledge of one of the following CPQ solutions PROS Smart CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Conga, Epicor CPQ & Visiativ CPQ and an interpreted interpreted language (Java Script, Python, VB Script, Type Script...) will be a great advantage for your application.
If, in addition to these prerequisites, you have Agile Scrum Master training and the ability to solve problems with debugging skillsthen you're the ideal for this position.
