Project background

• Update of the PROS Smart CPQ application platform from version 7 to version V12.
• Ensure compatibility of the new platform with related systems (order taking and order management).

Scope of intervention

• Expertise in PROS Smart CPQ's V7 and V12 solutions.
• Assistant to the SFR project manager.
• Management of communication between the publisher and the integrator.
• Analysis and resolution of anomalies related to the upgrade.

Result

• Production of the V12 began in February 2020 after an eight-month intervention.
• Upgrade without any impact on production.
