Project background

• Upgrade of the PROS Smart CPQ application base from version 7 to V12.
• Ensure compatibility of the new base with related systems (order taking and order management).

Scope of intervention

• Expertise in PROS Smart CPQ V7 and V12 solutions.
• Assistant to SFR project manager.
• Communication management between publisher and integrator.
• Analysis and resolution of upgrade anomalies.

Results

• Production launch of V12 in February 2020 after an 8-month intervention.
• Upgrade with no impact on production.
